2008 Exhibit — 100 Years of Presbyterian Heritage in Montreat

Opening Saturday, May 24, 2008, will be the multi-media, interactive exhibit celebrating "100 Years of Presbyterian Heritage in Montreat." Be sure to come see it in Montreat, or online in our virtual exhibit.

The exhibit will cover the Mountain Retreat Association's history from the Presbyterian purchase of Montreat in 1907. It will explore the various conferences held over the years, the Montreat recreational and club experience, Montreat during wars, the transition to an independent town government and much more! Come see rare photos and interesting and uncommon artifacts of the history of Montreat.
