We collect a wide range of archival research materials, including rare books, letters, diaries, photographs, maps, slides, audio and video recordings, and the like. We also collect museum objects for display. As a nonprofit, we prefer that items are donated with no restrictions; however, in very special circumstances, we may accept items and materials on loan.

Please do not drop items off without first contacting a staff member. All donations should be accompanied by a signed Deed of Gift form.
Please note we cannot accept most archival materials from PC(USA) congregations as the PC(USA) General Assembly mandates that those materials be archived at the Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia.
