How do you find the words to tell the stories of the storms you’ve survived? Whether that’s Hurricane Helene and its aftermath, a worrying diagnosis, loss and the grief that follows, or any other of life’s various storms, writing about those experiences can feel impossible, but it doesn’t have to be.
Join with others for a time of guided writing designed to help you find your words. The time is designed to help you begin writing, rather than to construct a finished narrative for publication, but we will be generating a lot of material you could work with. No formal writing experience is necessary and no sharing will be required.
Class dates are: June 4, 11, 18, 25 and July 2, 9, 16, 23 – Come to one or all.
