Stories Worth Telling – Montreat Memories with Lauren Graeber

Whether you’re a relative newbie or a life-long resident/visitor/lover of Montreat, you surely have stories about how this place and its communities have shaped you! Come spend an afternoon remembering and writing at the Presbyterian Heritage Center. We’ll spend a little time gathering memories, talking about how to effectively tell those stories, and, of course, writing. You don’t need to be a “real” writer or even a very good storyteller. Your memories matter! Your account of how Montreat has been a home and a retreat will be a gift to the PHC and future generations. It will also make you (even more) a delight at your next dinner party as you thrill the crowd with a well-formed tidbit about your life!
